As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Proactively engaging with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Managing the renewal process for existing contracts, including negotiating terms, pricing, and timelines to secure contract renewals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and usage patterns.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for contract renewals, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- Managing a pipeline of renewal opportunities, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborating with other departments such as customer success, product development, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Providing support to customers throughout the renewal process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring a smooth transition.
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous experience in sales or account management, with a focus on customer retention and renewal sales.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
